Lee's Biography

Lee Brandon Lee Brandon has lived her life defying the odds...from surviving a near fatal accident that rendered her left arm completely useless, to becoming the first woman ever hired by the NFL as an Assistant Strength Coach for the New York Jets, to winning the 2003 Women's World Londriver Invitational Championship Safeway Classic as well as winning the RE/Max 2001 World Long Drive Championship in her rookie year ... having never hit a long ball in her life until the spring of 2001! Born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Brandon moved with her family to Brentwood, New York at an early age. She became active in local, county, state and national athletic events all throughout her school years. Long hours of tutoring paid off, when in 1980, she graduated Brentwood High School in the top 12 percent of her class.

Brandon then went on to attend Ambassador College in Pasadena, California on an academic scholarship, after countless scholarships had been lost as a result of her arm injury. During her four years, she trained and studied under Dr. Harry Schneider, U.S.A. Olympic Track and Field Coach and traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa and parts of the US as a motivational speaker/guest activities instructor for International Youth Camps. In 1984, she graduated as Vice President of the Ambassador's Women's Club and Most Outstanding Athlete, with a Bachelor of Arts degree - with distinction. Returning to New York, Brandon became the Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Adelphi and Hofstra Universities on Long Island. While at Hofstra, she pursued her post-graduate work and was an adjunct professor teaching thousands of students and athletes how to "Live Drug Free, Lift Safe and Stay Motivated." She also ran her own consulting business where she founded "Athletes Against Drugs" and spoke at countless Junior High and High Schools with NY State funding. In addition, she consulted in health clubs in the New York metro area where she designed and structured the One-on-One training programs. In June of 1990, the New York Jets brought her on board as the first woman Assistant Strength Coach.

Brandon found time to contribute a column in Shape Magazine and has been featured in the national news media including Sports Illustrated, USA Today, NY Times, LA Times and numerous others across the country.

Lee has spoken to tens of thousands of students, parents, clients, and educators. Her commitment over the years has been to organize and provide educational services that support and enhance healthy, success-orientated living--for the long term. Lee is a pioneer in the health and Fitness industry with the development of AB-VANCED NEU-SPINEŽ technologies, which is the"missing link" in the world of health, sport and fitness.
